Jerry Condon
Chief Marketing Officer
Artemis | Nomi Health

You've never heard of Jerry Condon, and that's mostly the point. But you've probably consumed his work — sometimes to your benefit, sometimes to your regret. He's the BASF of marketing: he didn't make the thing you bought, he made the thing that made you buy it.

Which is to say: you don't know him, you shouldn't know him, and on principle you probably shouldn't trust him either. His pet peeve is asking someone what problem they solve and being handed a solution. To quote the Adonis of Marketing, Rory Sutherland: sometimes the opposite of a good idea is another good idea. His rule is simple: don’t fall in love with the answer until you have found the actual problem.

As CMO of Nomi Health, he turns that conviction into memorable experiences. Sometimes its a scooter or a gameshow at a conference. Sometimes it's a grilled cheese for his daughter. The standard is the same.
