What is the Re:Invigorate Summit?

This is an invitation-only thought leadership summit hosted by Amazon One Medical for senior-level health benefits consultants, brokers, and advisors. The event brings together industry leaders to explore healthcare innovation, advanced primary care, and the future of employee benefits.

When and where is the event?

Dates: June 11-12, 2026
Location: Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country, 170 Railroad Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95401

Who can attend?

This is an invitation-only event for senior-level consultants and brokers (VP-level and above) serving mid-to-large sized employers (1,000+ employees). Registration is subject to approval by Amazon One Medical.

Is there a registration fee?

No, there is no ticket cost for this event. Amazon One Medical covers hotel accommodations and meals. Attendees are responsible for their own airfare and ground transportation.

What is the Innovation Hall?

The Innovation Hall is an exhibitor space where event sponsors will showcase their solutions and services. You'll have multiple opportunities throughout the day to visit sponsor tables, learn about their offerings, and network.

Will session materials be available after the event?

Yes! You will be able to access speaker slides, videos (if permissible), and session recaps through follow-up communications. Materials will be shared within one week following the conference.

How do I get to the hotel?

The Hyatt Regency Santa Rosa is approximately 50 miles north of San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and 65 miles north of Oakland International Airport (OAK). We recommend renting a car or arranging ground transportation. Valet parking is available at the hotel.

What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 4:00 PM on your arrival date
Check-out: 11:00 AM on your departure date

If you arrive early and your room is not ready, you're welcome to store your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the resort amenities.

When will I receive my hotel confirmation?

Hotel confirmation information will be emailed by May 1, 2026.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes! You may add additional days to your reservation outside the conference dates when you register, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange extended accommodations.

What if I need to cancel my hotel reservation?

Cancellation requests must be submitted to reinvigorate-summit@amazon.com no later than May 12, 2026 (30 days prior to the event). Cancellations or no-shows after this date will result in your credit card being charged in full for the reserved accommodations.

What does my registration include?

Your registration includes:

  • Hotel accommodations (2 nights)
  • All meals: 2 dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, and snacks
  • Welcome reception with wine tasting and entertainment
  • Closing reception
  • Event materials and swag
  • Access to all conference sessions and the Innovation Hall

What expenses am I responsible for?

Attendees are responsible for:

  • Airfare and ground transportation to/from the venue
  • Hotel incidental charges and personal expenses
  • Any activities outside the official event schedule

Where do I pick up my name badge?

We will have a Welcome Hub set up near the event space. Please stop by to receive your name badge and select your event swag.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to reinvigorate-summit@amazon.com no later than May 12, 2026 (30 days prior to the event). Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for any refund or credit, and your credit card will be charged in full for hotel accommodations.

May I bring my family or significant others?

Yes, you're welcome to bring family members or guests to the resort. However, all conference sessions, meals, and official activities are limited to registered attendees only. Guests may contact the hotel directly to arrange their own accommodations and will be responsible for all associated costs.

What if I'm not feeling well before the event?

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the event, regardless of diagnostic testing results. If you have recently been sick, please attend only if you're feeling better and have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

What should I do if I have safety concerns during the event?

A dedicated security hotline will be available 24 hours during the event dates (June 11-12, 2026) for non-emergency security questions or concerns: +1 888-460-1778.

Is there a dress code?

There is no set dress code—business casual or smart casual attire is appropriate. The event will include both indoor sessions (air-conditioned) and outdoor networking opportunities. Average temperatures in Santa Rosa in June range from 60-80°F, so we recommend bringing layers.

What should I bring to the event?

Just bring yourself, an openness to learning, and a desire to connect with colleagues and peers! If you plan to enjoy resort amenities like the pool or spa, please pack accordingly.

Will WiFi be available?

Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available throughout the event. Connection details will be shared during check-in.

Can I post pictures on social media?

Yes! We encourage you to share your favorite moments and takeaways on social media in accordance with your company's social media policy and subject to the confidentiality and intellectual property terms of the Re:Invigorate Summit Attendee Terms and Conditions. Please tag Amazon One Medical on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, or use the event hashtag (to be announced).

Will Amazon One Medical be taking photos and videos?

Yes, Amazon One Medical will be photographing and videotaping attendees throughout the event. By attending, you grant Amazon One Medical full rights to use your image, likeness, and voice in connection with the event. How will my contact information be used?

Your registration information will be used by Amazon One Medical for event logistics and record-keeping purposes. We will not use your information for marketing purposes unless you specifically request to receive communications from us. Will my contact information be shared with event sponsors?

Yes, your contact information (name, title, company, and email address) will be shared with event sponsors within 2 weeks following the conference. You have the right to opt out of having your contact information shared with sponsors by contacting reinvigorate-summit@amazon.com at least 48 hours before the event concludes.

Sponsors may use this information for one-time post-event follow-up only and must obtain your affirmative consent ("opt-in") before adding you to any ongoing marketing lists.

How do I opt out of future communications?

What happens after the event?

Following the summit, you can expect:
